Please consider this your formal meeting notice as stipulated by the Constitution of the Young Republican National Federation, Inc. as amended July 11, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Committee meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. CST on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Saint Bernard Parish Government Building at 8201 West Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, Louisiana 70043 with the full Committee meeting following at 1:00 p.m. CST. Please complete the attached registration form and mail it with the appropriate fee to the address on the form. Attached is the Proxy Form as approved by the YRNF Executive Board on September 14, 2009.
